Respect other tenants within the cluster community. No smoking indoors – smoking is allowed outside only. No parties or events without prior approval. Visitors are welcome with prior notice but must leave by 10:00 PM. Maintain cleanliness and take good care of all property and furnishings. Park only in the designated parking area. Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the house. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Dispose of all waste in the bins provided. No pets are allowed on the property.
