One day prior to your arrival you will receive a message with all the instructions. If you still have questions, we’re available for you! Other things to note - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $200 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: A $500 fine applies for violations. Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking. - Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 6+ guests. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Pool, Kiddie Pool & Hot Tub: Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated but the stand-alone hot tub does heat up. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. - Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security purposes, with none located inside. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. - Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.

Other Details to Note

Residential area. School traffic and other noises from daily life can be hear outside. Dogs need to be on a Leash at all times outside the house. Quite hours are from 10 pm to- 8am.
